First of all we would meet for a free initial consultation, which gives us the chance to

  • Get to know each other
  • Look at your past and current sport and fitness interests and experiences
  • Discuss your lifestyle and nutritional behaviours
  • Find out your health and fitness goals (Be it drop a dress size, run a 10k or simply have more energy to play foot ball with your kids).
  • Talk about how personal training can help you achieve your goals
  • Fill in a health questionnaire and discuss your fitness assessment

The next step now we have a clearly defined goal is to break this down into long and short term goals, agreeing a realistic timescale for each, taking into account your lifestyle and current commitments. As a professional certified trainer, I take all the guess work out of developing and maintaining the right fitness regime for you.

My focus is to inspire and motivate and regularly update and modify your training plan not only for variety, but to allow for continued progression.

By the end of every session my aim is to get you feeling energised and inspired to get you in a totally positive frame of mind to face the challenges of the rest of the day.

On top of your personal training sessions, you will receive your training plan, complete with illustrations, a food diary, plus on-going support and advice by phone, text and email.
