When I was younger, I didn’t realize how lucky I was, I could eat anything and never gain any weight, even though I never set foot in a gym. As I got
older, the weight crept up on me and before I knew it, I was over 16 stone and a size 40 waist. I decided that enough was enough and so I started the
Atkins diet. It certainly worked, after a fashion; I lost almost 3 stone in 3 months. Brilliant I thought, I can lose all this fat without the gym:
