The Next Step
The next step now we have a clearly defined goal is to break this down into long
and short term goals, agreeing a realistic timescale for each, taking into account
your lifestyle and current commitments. As a professional certified trainer, I take
all the guess work out of developing and maintaining the right fitness regime for
you.
My focus is to inspire and motivate and regularly update and modify your training
plan not only for variety, but to allow for continued progression.
By the end of every session my aim is to get you feeling energised and inspired
to get you in a totally positive frame of mind to face the challenges of the rest
of the day.
On top of your personal training sessions, you will receive your training plan, complete with illustrations,
a food diary, plus on-going support and advice by phone, text and email.
